Eugowra CBD upgrade lands $671,975 contract with Conseth Solutions

Eugowra’s central business area will receive $671,975.90 in contracted activation and main-street upgrade works, with Cabonne Council awarding the project to Conseth Solutions Pty Ltd.

The contract, excluding GST, is identified as Contract 1992227. It covers Eugowra CBD Activation and is also described as the Eugowra Main Street Upgrade Contract. Council authorised its General Manager to execute the agreement.

The contract brings a named contractor and almost $672,000 in public spending to the town centre. Eugowra businesses, suppliers and other operators will be affected as the project is delivered, although the confirmed details do not include a construction timetable, staging plan, traffic arrangements or a list of subcontractors.

Conseth Solutions was selected after Council considered the tender for the work. The award was made during Council’s 22 September 2026 meeting, with the contract considered in confidential session before the outcome was adopted in open business.

The CBD works are separate from Cabonne’s housing and land development project in Eugowra. Council also authorised continued negotiations to acquire land for Phase 2 of that project, subject to the REDCIP funding deed being fully entered into with the NSW Government.

For Eugowra residents and traders, the confirmed change is the appointment of Conseth Solutions to deliver the CBD activation and main-street upgrade contract. Further information about timing, access and the individual works has not been specified.

The contract is valued at $671,975.90 before GST. The General Manager now has authority to execute Contract 1992227 on Council’s behalf.
