Corrections
How to report a MinutesRadar summary error, missing source link or outdated council-minute record.
What to send
- Send the page URL, the sentence or fact that looks wrong, and the official council source that supports the correction.
- If a council later amends minutes, publishes attachments, or changes a document URL, include the updated official link.
- If a page describes a current matter as final when it is still before a court, panel or later council meeting, flag that context.
How corrections are handled
- Corrections are checked against the public record before the generated site is rebuilt.
- Where the source record is ambiguous, MinutesRadar should say that plainly instead of filling the gap.
- Pages can be removed from search indexing when the record is too thin or uncertain to be useful.
