• Short-stay spaces approved on John Street, Croydon
  Council approved two short-stay parking spaces on John Street, Croydon, with ‘1/4P 7am-10am Monday-Saturday’ restrictions.
  The spaces are intended to prevent vehicles illegally parking across driveways near Croydon Road.
• Webbs Avenue parking bay request to be investigated
  Council officers will investigate a request for line-marked parking bays in Webbs Avenue, Ashfield.
  The investigation may address disputes over residents reserving an otherwise shared parking space.
• Possible education campaign for honeycomb road markings
  Council officers will consider an education campaign explaining honeycomb road markings on Illawarra Road and other high-pedestrian-activity streets.
  The campaign could clarify that the markings signal a changed road environment but do not themselves impose a new legal speed limit.
