Preschool expansion at Hugh Latimer Centre not supported

The committee recommended not proceeding with the current NSW Government Expanding Quality Access Program proposal to expand Woollahra Preschool at the existing Hugh Latimer Centre site. It also recommended a further report on alternative ways to increase preschool access.
