Council approved part of a Place of Worship expansion in North Perth, gave community consultation approval to a draft Local Area Traffic Management Policy, and adopted an amended Investment Policy, while also dealing with event sponsorship, differential rates for short-term residential accommodation, and public questions about parking and street tree pruning.
