Council withdrew its support and rescinded all owner’s consent for a new grandstand and associated facilities at the North Turramurra Recreation Area. In accordance with Clause 10 of the Heads of Agreement, the General Manager is to notify the Northern Suburbs Football Association that the agreement is terminated.

Refusal of new aged care facility at 34 Curagul Road, North Turramurra
Development application eDA0184/26 to demolish the existing aged care facility and construct a new one was refused for the reasons in Council’s Development Assessment Report. The panel supported modernisation in principle but found the Clause 4.6 variation requests insufficient to justify approval. The previous consent had lapsed.
