The forum approved 2P 8am–10pm, Mon-Fri, Permit Holders Excepted, Area L1 parking restrictions on both sides of James Street between Darley Road and William Street, and between William Street and Allen Street.

Council noted Stage 1 is due by mid-February 2026, Stage 2 tendering has closed, and modifying the design for elite water polo standards was found to create unacceptable cost and schedule risks.

Officers said existing signs will be replaced at implementation and further review will occur through the LATM process.
