Maroochydore City Centre project terms approved

Council approved the key terms for final drafting of the Maroochydore City Centre Project Agreement, related schedules and annexures, the deed of rescission, and the unsold product agreement. Council also applied the land-disposal exception, subject to Treasurer approval, and asked the CEO to report back once the agreements are executed.
