Stakeholder memberships reshaped

Council endorsed an updated Stakeholder Engagement and Membership Framework focused on economic development, investment attraction and strategic partnerships, and discontinued memberships including WSROC, FoWSA, CEDA and NGAA while retaining memberships aligned to strategic priorities.
