Council adopted a large suite of committee recommendations, including planning scheme updates, several petition responses on local traffic safety and animal nuisance issues, a multiple-dwelling approval, budget and governance items, and an interim review that shifts some arts, aviation and branding functions between City Administration and controlled entities.
