Council approved advertising a draft Local Biodiversity Plan, dealt with petitions on community floodlights, a property complaint and transmission line advocacy, and fielded strong public concern over the proposed 6% rates rise and delayed elected-member reimbursement claims.
Council dealt with a major round of public questions on waste, dog off-leash areas and governance, and also received a petition for improved amenities at Arduaine Park.
